What does the £50 cover?
One agreed small website task: replace supplied text or an image in one existing section, fix one broken link or button destination, or fix one isolated layout issue in an existing component, tested at agreed mobile and desktop widths. £50 in total, with no VAT added.
What about bigger jobs?
Email problems, contact forms and anything that needs investigating get a fixed quote after scoping, or a quoted diagnostic first. Rebuilds, migrations and incident response are quoted separately.
Is there a monthly contract?
No. Each job is quoted and paid on its own.
Do you come on site?
Face to face in Hertfordshire by arrangement, or remotely anywhere in the UK.
Do you repair hardware?
No. There is no hardware repair or installation.
Should I send passwords?
No. Never send passwords over WhatsApp. Access is set up safely once the job is agreed.
