Yes. Foldnex is 100% free and open source. All standard features — duplicate removal, window grouping, site categorisation, and the local engines — work in full without any payment or donation.

What do donations support?

Donations pay for the engineering time that keeps Foldnex fast, reliable and compatible with new Chrome releases and Manifest V3 changes. There is no infrastructure to fund: Foldnex runs no servers.

How are payments handled?

Donations go through Stripe on the Magrathean UK Ltd donation page. We do not receive or store your card number.
