Privacy Policy
Teslatlas Hub is published by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD (“Magrathean”). This notice explains Magrathean’s own part in your data. The Magrathean privacy policy covers everything else, including your rights and how to contact us.
Teslatlas Hub is self-hosted software: you, or whoever runs it, install and operate it on your own server and control its data. Magrathean does not receive any data your Hub processes unless you deliberately send it to us — for example, in a support request or a bug report.
The Teslatlas Hub website, magrathean.uk/solutions/teslatlas/, separately uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and link clicks, active by default. That is website measurement, not app data collection; it does not receive data from Teslatlas Hub.
Who is responsible for your Hub’s data
Whoever runs a Hub decides why and how its data is processed, and is responsible for that data under data-protection law. That includes the lawful basis for processing, notice to drivers, employees, family or passengers, access control, retention, export, deletion, and incident response. The operator, not Magrathean, chooses the geocoding provider and is responsible for its privacy, retention and rate-limit terms; the Hub does not use a public geocoding service by default.
Magrathean’s own processing
When you contact us, or send diagnostics, logs or a security report, we process what you send under the Magrathean privacy policy. We do not otherwise see your Hub’s data.
Keeping and deleting data
Your Hub’s database and logs are under your control; delete or export them as your deployment allows. Support material you choose to send us is kept as described in the Magrathean privacy policy.
Changes
We update this notice when the Hub or this notice changes, and show the date at the top.
