Terms of Service

Your licence

If you downloaded Teslatlas from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to use it; these terms add to it and are Magrathean’s own terms as the app’s publisher and licensor. Teslatlas’s source code is not published; it is proprietary to Magrathean.

Purchases and subscriptions

Full access to your older history is unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Its price is set and shown by Apple for your storefront, billed to your Apple Account, and may include local tax; it is a one-time purchase and does not renew or charge you again.

If you hold a Teslatlas yearly subscription from an earlier version, it continues to renew automatically for another year unless you cancel it, at the price and period shown by Apple. Cancel or manage it at any time in your Apple Account, under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends; deleting Teslatlas does not cancel a subscription. Restore a purchase or an active subscription at any time with Restore Purchases in Teslatlas Settings, using the Apple Account that made it.

Apple processes all payments and issues receipts; Magrathean does not receive your card details. Apple administers refunds under its own terms and applicable law; contact Apple Support for billing questions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Third-party services

Teslatlas can connect to a TeslaMate database, a MyTeslaMate account, or a Teslatlas Hub that you or someone else configures. Each is a separate, independently operated service or piece of software; your agreement with its operator or provider governs it, and Magrathean is not responsible for it. Apple provides map, weather, purchase and notification-delivery services used by the app under Apple’s own terms.

Using the app safely and lawfully

You must have lawful authority to access every source, vehicle and account you connect to Teslatlas. Battery, charging, efficiency, cost, route and other figures in Teslatlas are estimates for information only; they are not vehicle diagnostics, safety instructions or a substitute for the vehicle’s own systems or a qualified technician. Do not use Teslatlas to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive or charge, and do not use it in a way that puts your attention on the app while driving.

Availability

Teslatlas is provided as it is. Features that depend on Apple services, a TeslaMate database, a MyTeslaMate account or a Teslatlas Hub may change or stop working when those services change, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
