Codexex
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Codexex, an app published by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD (“Magrathean”). The Magrathean terms also apply, including the sections on liability and law.
Your licence
If you downloaded Codexex from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to use it; these terms add to it.
Third-party services
Codexex connects to your own OpenAI/ChatGPT account. Your agreement with OpenAI governs that account, your subscription, plan and quota; Magrathean is not responsible for it. Quota readings, reset timing, history and forecasts are informational: they can be delayed, incomplete, rounded or unavailable, and are not a substitute for your OpenAI account dashboard or invoices.
Using the app safely and lawfully
Use Codexex only with an OpenAI/ChatGPT account you are entitled to use, and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. Features that depend on OpenAI or Apple services may change or stop when those services change.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
