Teslatlas - Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teslatlas application provided by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
License
Teslatlas is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Billing & Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription. Trial availability, pricing, renewal terms, and taxes are presented in the App Store at the time of purchase. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple.
Local Data and Connectivity
Teslatlas connects directly to your self-hosted TeslaMate PostgreSQL database. You are responsible for securing your database, maintaining your infrastructure, and ensuring network availability. We do not provide hosting, backups, or data recovery services.

The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Teslatlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc.
