Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Termex application provided by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
License
Termex is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Billing & Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple.
Local Data and Connectivity
Termex connects directly to the SSH hosts you configure. You are responsible for ensuring authorisation to access those systems and for device security. We do not provide hosting, backups, or data recovery services.

The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
