Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nodex application provided by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
License
Nodex is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Billing & Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple.
Local Data and Connectivity
Nodex connects directly to your servers over SSH. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorisation to access those systems, securing your credentials, and maintaining network availability. We do not provide hosting, backups, or data recovery services.
Disclaimer
The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results, particularly where your local network or server configuration affects performance.
