Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Codexex application provided by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.
License
Codexex is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on a Mac that you own or control. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Billing & Subscriptions
Codexex is free. No subscriptions or in-app purchases are required.
Local Data and Connectivity
Codexex connects directly to OpenAI and Apple services for sign-in, quota lookup, and App Store review. You are responsible for your account security and for any credentials you choose to use.

The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Mac, or error-free results.
