Nodex
Terms
These terms apply when you use Nodex, an app published by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD (“Magrathean”). The Magrathean terms also apply, including the sections on liability and law.
Your licence
If you downloaded Nodex from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to use it; these terms add to it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Nodex Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App Store and billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Third-party services
Nodex connects directly to the servers you add. Your relationship with the owner or operator of each server is your own; Magrathean is not a party to it and is not responsible for those systems.
Using the app safely and lawfully
Only connect to systems you own or are explicitly authorised to access, and only issue commands you are authorised to run. Operational actions (starting, stopping or restarting services and containers) can affect a live system. You are responsible for the systems you access and the commands you issue, and for complying with the Computer Misuse Act 1990, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and equivalent laws that apply to you.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. Monitoring and alerting depend on commands available on your server and on iOS background scheduling, and may be delayed or unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
