Auditex
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Auditex, published by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD (“Magrathean”). The Magrathean terms also apply, including the sections on liability and law.
Your licence
Auditex’s source code, and the wheel and sdist packages published to its GitHub Releases, are available under the Apache License, Version 2.0; that licence governs your use of the software. These terms add operational context and do not restrict anything the licence permits.
Third-party services
Auditex connects to the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant you configure, using your own sign-in, and, if you choose, to an AI tool through its local MCP server. Your agreement with Microsoft, Google or that AI tool’s provider governs your use of their service; Magrathean is not responsible for it.
Using the app safely and lawfully
Only run an audit, probe or guided-setup command against a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant you are authorised to audit or configure. You are responsible for complying with the tenant owner’s authorisation and with applicable law.
Availability
Auditex is provided as it is. Features that depend on Microsoft or Google APIs may change or stop when those services change.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
