Terms of Service | Teslatlas

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teslatlas application (the "App") provided by MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. ("Magrathean UK", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16955343) with its registered office at 16 Caledonian Court West Street, Watford, England, WD17 1RY. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for iOS and the Google Play Terms of Service for Android. If there is a conflict, the mandatory platform terms apply to the extent required by the platform.

License and Usage

Teslatlas is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices (iOS) or Android devices that you own or control, subject to the applicable platform usage rules and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a subscription. Trial availability, pricing, renewal terms, and taxes are presented in the applicable store at the time of purchase. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple for iOS purchases or Google for Android purchases, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, respectively. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Local Data and Connectivity

Teslatlas connects directly to your self-hosted TeslaMate PostgreSQL database. You are responsible for securing your database, maintaining your infrastructure, and ensuring network availability and device security on iOS or Android, as applicable. We do not provide hosting, backups, or data recovery services.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results, particularly in environments where your local network or database configuration affects performance. Teslatlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAGRATHEAN UK LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising out of your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
