Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Termex application (the "App") provided by Magrathean UK, Watford, UK. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License and Usage

Termex is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Server Access and Responsibilities

The App connects directly to the SSH hosts you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access those systems and that your credentials and keys are stored securely.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, availability, or error-free results, particularly where network conditions or server configurations affect performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magrathean UK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising out of your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
